Special Service Guide Update for October 17, 2017

As of today, our Invitation API endpoint has been deprecated. It will be formally retired on January 22, 2018. Our new Invitations API endpoint becomes generally available today. It offers the same functionality as the deprecated Invitation endpoint and specifically adds support for bulk invitation operations as well as the ability to create invitations granting engineers limited service permissions.
