On February 28, 2019, Fastly updated its [Privacy Shield Notice](https://docs-archive.fastly.com/privacy/2019/02/28/privacyshield.html) in order to receive personal data from the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. In connection with this recertification, Fastly also updated its [Privacy Policy](https://docs-archive.fastly.com/privacy/2019/02/28/privacy.html). Information about the Privacy Shield can be found at the U.S. [Department of Commerce's Privacy Shield website](https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/).
