Special Service Guide Update for November 27, 2019

On November 27, 2019, Fastly updated the list of sub-processors we engage with in connection to provisioning of Fastly services. Our list of sub-processors now includes Fastly Cloud Iberica, S.L. as a Fastly Affiliate in Spain.
