Special Service Guide Update for January 31, 2023

As announced, today marks the start of the two-year support cycle for the Signal Sciences agent. Agent versions older than two years will be retired or deprecated on a quarterly cadence at the end of January, April, July, and October. Versions that are less than two years old are supported.
