On November 4, 2025, we posted an updated [Terms of Service](https://www.fastly.com/terms/) with minor changes regarding “Free” and “Trial” accounts. The updates are in effect for all new customers signing up for Fastly Services on or after November 4, 2025.

All Fastly customers with paid accounts are unaffected by these changes. For existing “Trial Account” or “Developer Account” customers with agreements or orders that incorporate the [Terms of Service](https://www.fastly.com/terms/), the changes will go into effect automatically beginning in 30 days. In the event a customer with an existing agreement wishes to benefit from the updated [Terms of Service](https://www.fastly.com/terms/) immediately, Fastly agrees to be bound by those terms without any further action required by the customer.
