Special Service Guide Update for July 20, 2016

Today, Fastly begins offering an improved version of the Fastly web interface on an opt-in basis. In conjunction with this opt-in interface, we're also making updated versions of Fastly service guides accessible. We've provided a link to them in the banner at the top of the existing service guides at https://docs.fastly.com.

Although English remains the primary language of our documentation, for convenience we've added an automatic translation feature to service guides for the new web interface. To use this feature with the new guides, simply select a language from the menu located at the top right corner of every new service guide's web page.

The current service guides housed at https://docs.fastly.com will remain the default documentation until fall. When the new web interface becomes the default, we'll make the new documentation the default documentation and notify you of the change.

We'll continue to make both versions of the documentation available side by side until the end of the year. When we retire the old web interface, we'll take one last snapshot of the old documentation and archive copies online for your reference in case you need them.
