Special Service Guide Update for January 30, 2018

On May 8, 2018 the Fastly API will require TLS 1.2. Due to the PCI Security Standards Council mandate (PDF previously archived at www.pcisecuritystandards.org), TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 will no longer be supported across Fastly's infrastructure.
