Special Service Guide Update for August 9, 2022

On August 9, 2022, we posted an updated Terms of Service. The updates go into effect for all new customers signing up for Fastly Services on or after August 9, 2022.

We also updated our Data Processing Terms to address the new set of data transfer agreements issued by the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office for data transfers out of the United Kingdom.

All new customers entering into agreements with Fastly that incorporate the Data Processing Terms on or after August 8, 2022 benefit from the new terms immediately.

All Fastly customers with existing agreements or orders that incorporate the Data Processing Terms will benefit from the new terms automatically beginning in 30 days. In the event a customer with an existing agreement wishes to benefit from the new Data Processing Terms immediately, Fastly agrees to be bound by those terms without any further action required by the customer.
