Special Service Guide Update for October 1, 2019

On October 1, 2019, Fastly updated the list of sub-processors we engage with in connection to provisioning of Fastly services. Our list of sub-processors now includes Fastly Australia Pty Ltd as a Fastly Affiliate in Australia.
