Special Service Guide Update for April 2, 2020

On November 8, 2019 we announced our intention to retire the Round-robin director. All customers who were using the Round-robin director have ceased using it. We are retiring the Round-robin director effective immediately. Our existing Random director, with its associated API, offers similar functionality to the retired Round-robin director policy.
