Special Service Guide Update for March 8, 2021

On March 8, 2021, Fastly updated the list of sub-processors we engage with in connection to provisioning of Fastly services. Our list of sub-processors now includes Amazon Web Services, Inc. and MongoDB Atlas as third-party service providers in the United States. These new sub-processors are being added because they are used in providing new services that are available to Fastly customers. We have not made a change to our infrastructure for existing services.

In addition, we posted an updated Terms of Service (TOS). The updates go into effect for all new customers signing up for Fastly Services on or after March 8, 2021. You can view prior versions of our Terms of Service in our archive.
