Paying your bill

At the end of each month, your billing contact will be sent an email summarizing your current usage levels and the charges your account incurred for the month. The email contains a link to the related invoice for your account.

You'll need both a valid credit card and current billing address when you switch to a paid, month-to-month account. Once your invoice gets generated, your credit card is automatically charged.

Changing your credit card information

To change your credit card information, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Fastly web interface.
  2. From the user menu, select Billing.

    The Billing page appears.

  3. Click the Settings tab. The Pricing Plan and Credit Card areas appear.

  4. In the Credit Card area click Edit. Details appear for the credit card you have on file with Fastly.

  5. Make any necessary changes to the credit card number, card verification code, and expiration date for the credit card to be used for automatic billing.

  6. Click Update to save your credit card information.

Changing your billing address

To change your billing address, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Fastly web interface.
  2. From the user menu, select Billing. Your account information appears.
  3. Click the Tax Address tab and type your tax address.

  4. Click the Update Tax Address button to save the address.
