Finding and managing your account info

Account information, including your service ID, your customer ID (also called your company ID), and your API key, can be accessed directly from the Fastly web interface.

Finding your service ID

Your Service ID appears hidden, immediately below the name of your service on any page. To display the ID, click the Show service ID link:

To hide it, click the Hide service ID link.

Finding your customer ID

Your Customer ID (also called your Company ID) is located in the Company Settings area near the middle of your Account page:

Finding and displaying your API key

To display your API key, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Fastly web interface.
  2. From the user menu, select Account. Your account information appears.
  3. In the API Clients area near the bottom of the page, click the Show button. The password confirmation window appears.

  4. In the Your password field, type your password and click the Show button. Your API key appears.

Regenerating your API key

To regenerate your API key, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Fastly web interface.
  2. From the user menu, select Account. Your account information appears.
  3. In the API Clients area near the bottom of the page, click the Generate New Key button. A confirmation window appears.

  4. In the Your password field, type your password and click the Confirm and regenerate button. Your key is regenerated.

  5. To review your key, click the Show button. Your new API key appears.
